The Relationship Between Entrepreneurship and the Social Sciences

wpis w: Uncategorized | 0

Making the decision to pursue one’s own ideas and turn them into a business is an intensely gratifying pursuit. Entrepreneurship lets people create careers that directly align with their personal values, such as helping others or protecting the environment. These jobs provide an emotional and mental satisfaction that other jobs can’t.

Entrepreneurship is a social issue, with complex interactions between human beings and the societal environment that they live in, play, and learn. It is therefore often seen as a major research area in the social sciences. It is also an inter-disciplinary subject that draws on the disciplines of law, anthropology and public policy as well as sociology, management and management.

We present the research on entrepreneurial learning for non-business students within this article and propose a framework for existing research based upon the four dimensions of social-learning: observational-learning, how mentors and peers as well as the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a platform to social-learning, and the influence of institutions. We also consider how this framework could be more efficiently used to guide future research and improvement in the field of entrepreneurship education. We also present a comprehensive study of bibliometrics supported by VOSviewer and Bibliometrix that highlights the most prominent authors, institutions as well as countries, seminar articles, journals, and themes. This gives a complete and detailed understanding of the current state of the art. The analysis also gives information on future research areas and gaps in knowledge.
